BIOGRAFÍA

El Dr. Becker-Kojić es Licenciado en Química en la Universidad de Belgrado, obtuvo el doctorado. en la Universidad de Heidelberg, Alemania. Durante su carrera, la Dra. Becker-Kojić ocupó altos cargos de investigación en la Universidad de Heidelberg, Universidad de Nueva York, EE. UU., Centro de Investigación Príncipe Felipe, Valencia, España, y fue docente en la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Mannheim, Alemania.

Posee varias patentes internacionales relacionadas con la nueva proteína humana ACA ligada a GPI y su papel en la regulación de la autorenovación de células madre humanas adultas a embrionarias. Actualmente, es cofundadora y científica líder en el Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo de Terapias Autólogas de Células Madre Adultas en Heidelberg, Alemania.

2018 Doctora Becker-Kojić ha recibido el premio Nelson por sus logros en ciencia.
